Covering an area of 4.5km², Bushy Park links directly to Hampton Court Palace and Hampton Court Park. The area now known as Bushy Park is 4,000 years old: the earliest archaeological remains found date from the Bronze Age, but there is also evidence that the park was used in the Middle Ages as an agricultural field.
